Ingredients
- Pasta boiled200 grams
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds1 teaspoon
- Onions chopped2 medium
- Coriander powder1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder1 teaspoon
- Tomato chopped1 medium
- Green capsicum chopped1
- Potato boiled and cut into small cubes1 small
- Saltto taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped2 tablespoons
Method
Step 1
Heat butter in a non stick kadai. Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
Step 2
Add onions and saute till brown. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Add little water and cook for three minutes.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and capsicum and saute well for two minutes.
Step 5
Add potatoes, pasta and salt. Toss well.
Step 6
Finish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
